Refund Policies:  If you are not 100% satisfied with our product we are happy to give a prompt and courteous refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it with at least 50% of the product remaining.

Here are the easy steps to follow:

  1. Contact our customer service department at or (800) 277-0884. You’ll need your original order number.
  2. We will give you an RMA number to write on your shipment. We will also give you a call tag via email from FedEx.
  3. Next, a FedEx Ground Contractor will bring a preprinted label to your home and pick up the package for return. Please request the tracking number for your own reference at this time.
  4. It is important to note that while we can request a specific day for pick up, we cannot give you a set time as to when the Fed Ex Ground contractor will arrive at your door. However, you may give our customer service department instructions as to where you will leave the package (e.g., front porch) in case you will not be available. Of course, you need to make sure the package is ready and packed on the requested date of pick up. This will help avoid failed pickup attempts.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.  Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund within 1-2 weeks after we have processed your request:

  1. First, check with your financial institution again.
  2. Then contact customer service at or by calling (800) - 277-0884.

Change or cancel an order:

The moment your order is submitted online, it is immediately routed to our shipping warehouse to prepare your package for shipping. For this reason we are unable to accept a change to an order once it has been placed, so please be sure of your order before you hit submit.

Back orders:

If you receive an email notifying you of a back order, you can cancel any of the items on back order by contacting us at

Wrong items/damaged items:

If you receive the wrong items or your order was damaged in shipment, we will replace the order at our expense. Please contact us at immediately for return instructions.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it with at least 50% of the product remaining.

Gift Items:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
