Here are the easy steps to follow:
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within 1-2 weeks after we have processed your request:
Change or cancel an order:
The moment your order is submitted online, it is immediately routed to our shipping warehouse to prepare your package for shipping. For this reason we are unable to accept a change to an order once it has been placed, so please be sure of your order before you hit submit.
If you receive an email notifying you of a back order, you can cancel any of the items on back order by contacting us at email@example.com.
Wrong items/damaged items:
If you receive the wrong items or your order was damaged in shipment, we will replace the order at our expense. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for return instructions.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it with at least 50% of the product remaining.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
